This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Responsible for providing support and resolving requests from partners and end clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for Justo’s partners and end customers.
• Assist in achieving the KPIs, goals, and objectives of the department.
• Build and maintain relationships with various areas of the company.
• Resident of Santiago.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in similar or equivalent roles.
• Familiarity with Ecommerce.
