This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer inquiries through a high volume of interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver specialized support for customers, particularly for SeatGeek Enterprise client phone assistance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SeatGeek features, Enterprise clients, and ticketed events.
• Utilize metrics and consumer insights to enhance SeatGeek's offerings.
• Collaborate with managers to assess performance in comparison to peers and success benchmarks.
• Employ tools such as Talkdesk, Zendesk, internal admin systems, Slack, Google business tools, Github, Looker, and Jira.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one and group strategy meetings.
• Transition into project work, handling specialized and escalated customer inquiries, and initiatives aimed at improving CX/SeatGeek.
• Provide customer service during weekends and necessary holiday shifts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Prior experience in Customer Service is mandatory.
• Experience in a tech startup or a high-volume company is advantageous.
• Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and persuasive arguments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology and customer experiences.
• Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• A robust work ethic is essential.
• Flexibility to adjust to seasonal demands, technological advancements, and evolving business requirements.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 35 Mbps; 50+ Mbps is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Availability for one of the following 8-hour shifts: 9am–5pm ET or 5pm–1am ET.
• Some holiday work may be required.
