Customer Service Engineer – Senior Customer Support Engineer, Inorganic Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide on-site service for customer instruments

• Execute installation, optimization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and qualification of instruments

• Record each service interaction and keep customers updated

• Oversee inventory of parts and materials necessary for service appointments

• Advocate for PerkinElmer, its products, and services

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree (equivalent to French Bac+2 to Bac+5) in a scientific field: chemistry, physical measurements, materials science, physics, or electronics

• A valid driving license (Category B) is required for daily travel

• Capability to work independently

• Team-oriented

• Experience in nuclear environments is advantageous

• Ability to train and convey technical concepts effectively (pedagogical skills)

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions

• Strong organizational abilities

• Attention to detail and rigor
