Customer Service, Dutch Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• A compelling combination of inbound and outbound calls for scheduling appointments and planning.

• Prepare customers for their appointments at any of our 24 branches in the Netherlands.

• Assess customers’ needs, clarify details, research any issues, and deliver optimal solutions.

• Go above and beyond to engage with customers; maintain a positive and proactive attitude, even when addressing complaints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, approachable, and possessing professional empathy.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous.

• A keen interest in the automotive industry.
