This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming communications from customers.

• Perform research to deliver solutions for customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for top-tier accommodation partners by addressing basic questions and inquiries.

• Supply accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate tools, methods, and processes.

• Maintain a high standard of partner service and foster a positive partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Dutch and English.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Adept with computers.

• Have high-speed internet access in a quiet home working environment.

• Reside in Greece or have the ability to relocate and obtain work authorization to Greece promptly.
