This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, embodying one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.

• Address questions regarding products and services, providing knowledgeable advice on various automotive topics.
• Tackle issues as they arise, addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely fashion.

• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• A deep passion for automobiles is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer support or customer care roles will be regarded as a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills.
