This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients who speak Croatian through phone, email, and live chat.
• Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general assistance.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.
• Accurately document customer interactions to enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members and partners at Booking.com to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about platform features, policies, and best practices in customer service.
• Proficiency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is a must. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your application.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment are required.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or the travel sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
• A positive mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
