Customer Service Coordinator, Order Processing – ERP, 3PL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Receive and manage purchase orders from specialized dealer partners throughout Australia.

• Input, oversee, and monitor orders in our ERP system.

• Coordinate stock availability, replenishment, and deliveries with our Australian third-party logistics provider.

• Communicate with MELAG headquarters in Berlin regarding supply planning, backorders, inbound shipments, and product availability.

• Ensure the accuracy of master data (customers, pricing, shipping details) and maintain organized order documentation.

• Provide friendly and responsive customer communication via email and phone, resolving order and delivery issues effectively.

• Assist with periodic reporting on order status, backorders, and stock levels, while contributing to continuous process improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in order processing, customer operations, or supply chain coordination (B2B preferred).

• Proficient in working with ERP systems; ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, dependable work approach.

• Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-first mindset.

• Comfortable coordinating across time zones and collaborating with external partners (3PL, dealers).

• Residing in New South Wales, equipped with a stable home-office setup.
