This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversees a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
• Offers assistance, addresses issues, and provides guidance to customers regarding their statements or any concerns they may have.
• Adheres to communication scripts and guidelines whenever necessary.
• Operates within various billing systems and EHR/EMR platforms.
• Communicates billing discrepancies and payment challenges effectively.
• Conducts pre-collection calls.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations.
• Understanding of organizational efficiency and operations management.
• Background in a multi-entity organization within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated work experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities at all levels, both orally and in writing.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Competency in using a computer and proficiency with a 10-key numeric keypad is essential.
• Prior experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
