This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers from order completion to vehicle handover.
• Conduct research and collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ascertain the current status of orders and facilitate seamless vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of outstanding tasks at all times and assist in establishing team priorities.
• Ensure that customers receive their new vehicle as promptly as possible—delivered directly to their doorstep using our unique Glastruck service!
• Previous experience in dialog marketing, call center environments, or retail/private customer service.
• A passion for customer interaction, working in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• A positive mindset and strong motivation to achieve the targets you set.
• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) — English skills are advantageous; proficient user of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
