This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Managing customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat.
• Addressing account or technical issues and escalating as needed.
• Maintaining precise documentation and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in German at C2 level or as a native speaker.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or above.
• Possession of an EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, including shifts (Monday to Sunday, depending on the project).
• Prepared to relocate at least one week prior to the start date (for on-site roles).
