This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Manage incoming customer communications in Polish across voice and digital platforms with professionalism and empathy.
β’ Investigate and address customer concerns efficiently or escalate issues as necessary.
β’ Keep up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and internal support mechanisms.
β’ Record all customer interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness.
β’ Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries through proactive follow-ups.
β’ Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to enhance processes and service quality.
β’ Comply with client and company policies, including data protection and service quality standards.
β’ Full professional fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or BPO setting).
β’ High school diploma is required; additional education is a plus.
β’ Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
β’ Possess empathy, resilience in high-pressure situations, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
β’ Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business requirements.
β’ Right to Work in Poland/Bulgaria is essential.
