This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in managing payroll activities by utilizing the designated ticket and payroll systems while adhering to established standards and client-specific needs.
• Oversee and manage ticket queues with the relevant BI tools to ensure timely handling of tickets without exceeding the anticipated limits.
• Capable of using the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing and associated functions.
• Proficient in interpreting and understanding payslips.
• Familiar with the payroll calendar and able to adhere to its guidelines.
• Identify any deviations from standard service scope and respond appropriately, including recognizing and supporting opportunities for change requests.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism.
• Generate and comprehend basic standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Review and verify data for accuracy.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and requests.
• Support and implement SOC1 Controls.
• Engage in projects as assigned and needed.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate setting.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to thrive in a global, fast-paced work environment.
