Customer Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Delivering introductory information and responding to customer inquiries.

• Engaging with new and existing customers through calls, emails, and messages.

• Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

• Guiding customers towards the most suitable purchasing options.

• Maintaining excellent product knowledge.

• Promoting additional products through cross-selling.

• Offering suggestions on new processes and product initiatives.

• Achieving conversion rate objectives and targets.

• Supporting the creation of both pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Overseeing international contractual personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service sales.
