This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage with customers mainly via phone, in addition to email, chat, text, and social media, while creating unforgettable service experiences.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills that align with the Compass brand voice.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the products, procedures, and solutions related to your assigned brands.
• Collaborate with team members to provide support, share answers, and present insights and trends from customer interactions.
• Experience with inbound phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media channels is essential.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Call center experience must have occurred within the past 2 years.
• A minimum of 1 year of inbound phone experience is necessary.
• Capability to see, hear, and speak in order to effectively communicate and exchange information both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform all job responsibilities while sitting and/or standing for extended periods (i.e., throughout an 8-hour shift).
