This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage customer interactions across multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Deliver clear and precise information in response to customer queries, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
• Address incoming customer requests and accurately record relevant case details in the appropriate systems.
• Provide inbound sales assistance and promote products to enhance revenue while ensuring the utmost level of customer satisfaction.
• Document and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all necessary data elements in the CRM as required by clients, policies, and products.
• Oversee a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks, and adhere to guidance from supervisors.
• Share feedback to enhance service processes and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.
• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Basic understanding of customer service principles with the ability to adhere to standard procedures.
• Capability to swiftly learn new software and technologies.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
