This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and operate electronic Order Entry tools
• Supervise and guarantee the accurate routing and processing of orders received through various channels into the ERP system (BPCS)
• Administer the CONFIRME tool
• Execute master data setup and maintenance tasks
• Maintain data integrity and avert inconsistencies
• Work collaboratively with interface departments (Customer Service, Sales, and IT) to assist in resolving operational challenges
• Promote continuous improvement efforts, process automation, and stabilization of operations related to electronic tools
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in order management processes
• 2 years of experience with tools like SIMEM, SIGEM, Esker, or similar
• 2 years of experience in EDI integration processes and order flow
• Familiarity with integrated systems (ERP, EDI, order management platforms)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (intermediate), and fundamental concepts of data systems integration
