This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Provide customer support through digital channels, primarily via chat.
• Assist with accounting routines, tax-related matters, payroll, invoices (Notas Fiscais), and other associated topics.
• Monitor and direct requests and demands appropriately.
• Help resolve client inquiries and requests.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of specific tax regulations.
• Intermediate experience with accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial statements effectively.
• Strong knowledge of ancillary tax obligations, particularly tax reporting requirements.
• Proficient in managing and issuing invoices (Notas Fiscais).
• Basic understanding of calculations related to inter-state rate differential (DIFAL), ICMS anticipation, and ICMS Tax Substitution (Substituição Tributária).
• Basic knowledge of the single-phase (monophase) collection system for PIS and COFINS.
• Familiarity with ICMS legislation and agreements at the state level.
• Knowledge of processes regarding incoming and outgoing invoices (Notas Fiscais).
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Skills in tax routines for Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes.
• Experience with customer service tools, particularly omnichannel platforms.
• Intermediate abilities in tax analysis and determination.
• Knowledge of issuing Service Invoices (Notas Fiscais de Serviços), withholdings, service codes, and applicable municipalities.
• Understanding of ISS legislation along with municipal and federal tax incentives, especially regarding service exports.
• Intermediate knowledge of labor laws.
• Intermediate familiarity with personnel and payroll routines.
• Intermediate understanding of the tax benefit “Fator R.”
• Intermediate skills in benefits management.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related fields.
