📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat platforms

• Assist customers in your designated country/language region

• Diagnose issues and offer prompt, effective solutions

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

• Keep accurate records and follow up on customer engagements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in software or hardware support

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
