This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and voice channels, ensuring a positive and professional experience for customers.
β’ Efficiently and accurately address customer inquiries, striving for resolution on the first contact when possible.
β’ Handle customer interactions in accordance with service standards, SLAs, and quality expectations.
β’ Professionally manage complaints and escalations, adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.
β’ Keep precise customer records within CRM and ticketing systems.
β’ Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, orders, payments, technical issues, and service matters.
β’ Identify recurring issues and provide improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
β’ Ensure adherence to data protection, security, and confidentiality standards.
β’ Meet individual and team performance goals, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
β’ Stay informed about products, processes, and systems through continuous training.
β’ Possess expert-level proficiency (C2) in Danish.
β’ Have a good command of English, as all training will be conducted in this common language.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual customer service position.
β’ Background in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment.
β’ Comfortable utilizing technology, including contact center tools (experience with Zendesk preferred) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
