This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage with both potential and current customers across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure requests are tracked accurately and efficiently
• Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery
• Keep precise records and document all customer service interactions and discussions
• Organize workflow based on priority levels
• Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding new customers
• Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer service experience
• Proficient in both Spanish and German
• Knowledge of a third language is advantageous
• Strong experience in customer-facing positions
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change
• Possess a high degree of judgment, integrity, and confidentiality
• Maintain a positive demeanor
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Ideally based in Spain, Germany, or Italy
• Flexible working hours
