This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers who speak German
• Address customer inquiries promptly and with empathy through both phone and email
• Provide customers with comprehensive knowledge about SIXT's products and services
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering friendly and professional service
• Recognize and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Actively participate as a collaborative team member
• Native or near-native proficiency in German, coupled with fluent English skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or service-oriented position
• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday
