This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, delivering expert assistance throughout the booking journey.
• Address customer queries effectively and with compassion via phone and email.
• Connect with customers by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of SIXT's offerings, services, and mobility solutions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused service.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German alongside fluent English capabilities.
• A sincere enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and assisting customers in finding suitable solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented position.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office applications; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
