This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Limehome and guests, addressing inquiries across all communication channels.
• Cater to guests' specific needs by providing essential information and adding a personal touch during interactions.
• Recognize challenges and opportunities for enhancement in daily operations, proactively suggesting solutions.
• Maintain close collaboration with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal solutions for each guest, regardless of the circumstances.
• Proficient communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector, call centers, or start-up environments is beneficial.
• A strong passion for customer service and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work during weekends or nighttime hours.
• A genuine enthusiasm for communication and addressing guests' needs.
