Customer Service Agent – Commercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver voice-based customer assistance with a compassionate and understanding demeanor;

• Actively promote our financial products and services;

• Achieve and surpass sales goals;

• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification;

• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday);

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and a wired (Ethernet) setup for desktop use.
