πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Customer Support: You will assist our Customer Success Managers in managing our existing clients by resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone and email, ensuring we maintain the highest level of service.

β€’ Service Improvement: You will proactively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our product and the optimization of our service quality.

β€’ Team Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from Customer Care, Technical Implementation, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Your Background and Experience: You have completed a commercial training program and already gained initial practical experience in dealing with (business) clients or in customer support.

β€’ Communication Skills: You possess strong communication abilities and can present complex information simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing.

β€’ Customer-Centric Mindset: You are empathetic and interested in understanding the other person and their situation, even during challenging conversations.

β€’ Ability to Stay Organized: You remain calm in difficult situations and enjoy working analytically and efficiently. Organizing and optimizing processes is something you excel at.

β€’ Language Proficiency: You speak German at a native level and have good English skills; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
