This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Customer Support: You will assist our Customer Success Managers in managing our existing clients by resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone and email, ensuring we maintain the highest level of service.
β’ Service Improvement: You will proactively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our product and the optimization of our service quality.
β’ Team Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from Customer Care, Technical Implementation, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.
β’ Your Background and Experience: You have completed a commercial training program and already gained initial practical experience in dealing with (business) clients or in customer support.
β’ Communication Skills: You possess strong communication abilities and can present complex information simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
β’ Customer-Centric Mindset: You are empathetic and interested in understanding the other person and their situation, even during challenging conversations.
β’ Ability to Stay Organized: You remain calm in difficult situations and enjoy working analytically and efficiently. Organizing and optimizing processes is something you excel at.
β’ Language Proficiency: You speak German at a native level and have good English skills; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
