This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Deliver prompt, clear, detailed, and empathetic support that is focused on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong connection with the nooks and crannies product.
• Assist customers in resolving inquiries ranging from basic to complex through email, live chat, and phone communication.
• Foster a supportive and trustworthy relationship with our fantastic customer support team!
• Collaborate with customers to comprehend their use of Sezzle services and relay valuable insights to the Product and Development teams.
• Serve as a customer advocate by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our products or processes.
• Proactively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic support environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, articulate, and courteous customer support, especially in technical instructions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously and exercising personal judgment to take initiative.
• Motivated to delve into the details of systems or processes to resolve customer issues.
• Exhibits a passion for your work while maintaining personal and corporate integrity.
• Eager to learn new technologies and assist customers in achieving success.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience.
• Experience with email, phone, and/or live chat in addressing complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, preferably in the software sector.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is advantageous.
• Remote role.
