This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

β’ Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support environments.
β’ Strong and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
β’ Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems is advantageous.
β’ A composed, solution-oriented mindset when handling challenging situations.
β’ Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
