Customer Service Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assess household eligibility for the Energy Voucher (Chèque énergie) initiative.

• Support beneficiaries in setting up and accessing their personal accounts.

• Handle reissuance requests due to loss, non-receipt, or inaccuracies.

• Assist users in updating their personal details.

• Clarify the usage of the Energy Voucher.

• Document and monitor reports of lost vouchers.

• Offer general information regarding the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French, both verbally and in writing (minimum C1 level).

• Must possess legal authorization to work in Portugal.
