This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Meet and uphold both individual and departmental productivity, quality, and service benchmarks.
• Manage interactions with both internal and external customers, addressing queries, requests, and complaints as necessary.
• Accurately and promptly process customer orders, service plans, and business data.
• Actively engage in fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Provide timely, relevant, and precise information to key stakeholders upon request.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to cultivate positive and rewarding relationships.
• Take initiative for personal growth and development opportunities.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service and/or administrative setting (essential).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (essential).
• Proficient in IT with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP systems is a plus.
