This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Phone Responsibilities – You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, creating tickets in the Sourcepass standard format, and documenting all interactions in our ticketing database.
• Email Management - You will be tasked with entering tickets into our database that are received through our customer email portal.
• Data Entry – You will be required to carry out data entry tasks as needed.
• Outbound Calls – You will make calls to clients to notify them of scheduling updates and/or changes.
• You will provide assistance to the management team with special projects as necessary.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively via phone.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, with clarity and professionalism.
• Competence in using computers (Windows Operating System).
• Excellent typing skills are required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
