This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated growth strategies.
• Take charge of proactively managing, monitoring, assessing, and revising the comprehensive business plan to achieve all volume, profit, and market share targets.
• Execute brand strategies and tactics with both retail and wholesale customers in the Convenience Channel.
• Increase net sales, profitability, and market share for the Campbell's Snacks brand portfolio across various snacking categories.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, financial expertise, customer interaction skills, and strategic adaptability.
• Handle multiple key customer interactions.
• Perform post-event analyses to assess promotional volume, consumption, profit, and expenditure outcomes against the plan.
• Required minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
• Over 6 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
• Experience in the Convenience Channel is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must have exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient analytical thinking and analysis skills.
• Ability to extract and utilize syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen).
• Negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to engage and conduct high-level meetings.
• Preferred knowledge of categories and brands.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain operations is preferred.
• Experience with P&L management is preferred.
• Prior experience managing Convenience channel retailers and wholesalers is preferred.
• Experience collaborating closely with brokers and/or broker management is preferred.
