This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assess upcoming renewals and verify contract specifics, including renewal dates, products, pricing, and terms of renewal.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records in the CRM and contracts.
• Conduct initial outreach to customers due for renewal using predefined communication templates.
• Oversee renewal notifications and monitor customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare renewal quotes, amendments, and associated contract documentation.
• Maintain data on renewal opportunities, forecast dates, and update pipeline status.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Contract Administration, or similar areas.
• Preferred experience in supporting SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue business models.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and document management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
