This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You actively cultivate and maintain relationships with our B2B clients across Switzerland.
• You assist new clients during the implementation phase to ensure seamless adoption of our product.
• You serve as the point of contact between our Swiss clients and various internal departments (Tech, Product, and Sales).
• You conduct on-site visits with clients throughout Switzerland.
• You gather crucial field feedback to help us tailor our product to local requirements (integrations, pricing, etc.).
• You possess a commercial or technical education (CFC - Federal VET Certificate) or an equivalent degree from a university.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or project management (preferably in the SaaS or mobility sector).
• You are fluent in Swiss German or French (C2 level).
• You can communicate effectively in a second language (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage.
• You merge exceptional data analysis capabilities with strong emotional intelligence.
