Customer Quality Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Receive day-old chicks and monitor their environmental conditions and quality.

• Verify shipment documents, product quantities, and flight details.

• Inspect the condition of chicks upon arrival, assessing various quality metrics.

• Manage emergencies such as delayed flights and missing shipments.

• Provide delivery reports while ensuring compliance with animal welfare standards.

• Assist with technical issues that arise during delivery and the brooding period.

• Learn and apply technical best practices, and help with the translation of materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree in Agricultural or Rural studies, focusing on poultry or animal science.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in farm operational management within the poultry industry.

• Proficient communication skills in both English and the local language.

• Strong problem-solving skills aimed at enhancing product performance.

• Excellent time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

• Competent in computer skills, including spreadsheet management and data collection.
