This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated customers, addressing concerns related to support services.
• Maintain expertise in the assigned geographical areas, product lines, and related installations.
• Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with relevant internal departments.
• Develop and sustain ongoing technical and business support for assigned clients.
• Oversee profitability and customer satisfaction for designated contracts and responsibilities.
• Execute obligations outlined in service agreements.
• Manage fixed-price and time-and-material contracts.
• Engage with customer service, parts and transaction services, field service, repair service, and other teams.
• Shape strategy, resource management, and policy development for the area of responsibility.
• Analyze business challenges and propose strategies to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and utilize judgment to address complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering issues.
• Evaluate the quality of information, ask relevant questions to stakeholders, and formulate recommendations.
• Lead functional teams or projects with limited resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
• Convey complex concepts and influence opinions on pertinent topics.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution OR an Associate's degree from a college OR 7 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• At least 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and/or Steam Power.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects successfully.
• Proficient in documentation, planning, marketing, and execution of programs.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
