This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop the automation framework for six different inboxes.

• An operator mindset focused on creating systems to handle repetitive inquiries.
• Hands-on approach, skilled in writing and refining knowledge base articles, chatbot responses, and testing workflows.
