📋 Description

• Develop the automation framework for six different inboxes.

• Establish a system that autonomously manages routine volume.

• Create the knowledge base that supports AI-generated responses.

• Take ownership of the tools and metrics related to AI engagements.

• Facilitate effective collaboration between humans and AI systems.

• Monitor deflection rates and strive to improve them over time.

• An operator mindset focused on creating systems to handle repetitive inquiries.

• Hands-on approach, skilled in writing and refining knowledge base articles, chatbot responses, and testing workflows.
