This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Leading onboarding sessions, product tours, company presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Gaining insights into customer context and objectives while delivering product information to effectively meet those objectives.
• Educating clients and optimizing their product configurations to ensure a swift path to success.
• Removing obstacles that hinder customers’ goals, including product challenges, inadequate implementation, support concerns, or knowledge gaps about the product.
• Enhancing product adoption and customer retention while nurturing positive relationships that contribute to a loyal customer base.
• Supporting customer service by addressing customer issues and requests.
• Offering resources that enable customers to learn best practices, helping them achieve their desired outcomes more quickly and efficiently.
• Previous experience in conducting onboarding sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
• Capability to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
