This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Overseeing a dedicated portfolio of clients, assisting them through the onboarding process, adoption, and ensuring ongoing success with Geotab's telematics ecosystem.
β’ Evaluating each client's distinct operational requirements and providing customized onboarding strategies and continuous support to enhance product engagement and device activations.
β’ Keeping comprehensive records of customer interactions within Salesforce.
β’ Tracking customer health to pinpoint areas for improvement.
β’ Handling incoming Add-On order requests.
β’ Collaborating closely with Partner Account Managers and internal teams to address complex issues and relay customer feedback.
β’ Equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience in a related area.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as customer support, customer success, or sales.
β’ Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer records and interactions.
β’ Proven ability to establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey technical concepts.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts at once.
