This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead comprehensive customer marketing strategies, starting from identifying high-potential segments to launching campaigns centered on your messaging and creative direction;
• Craft messaging and positioning for current customers, focusing particularly on raising awareness and fostering adoption of the Manager Agent within our clientele;
• Establish a content engine rooted in customer insights: discover compelling stories, articulate reasons to believe in our products’ impact, and develop use cases that support our wider marketing ecosystem;
• Take ownership of product and feature launches directed at customers to enhance adoption and boost user engagement with the product;
• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer — relay insights gained back to Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams;
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to pinpoint at-risk customers, explore expansion opportunities, and identify customers ready for progression, creating the messaging, content, and strategies that safeguard retention and stimulate upsell;
• Design and implement engagement programs across various channels (email, in-product, events, webinars) to transform satisfied customers into advocates and references;
• Leverage AI to enhance productivity without compromising quality: automate whenever feasible, accelerate processes, and elevate all outputs beyond standard AI results;
• Assess and report on commercial impact: monitor influenced transactions, track affected expansion pipeline, and evaluate CSM-attributed activities generated by customer marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid customer/PMM role within the SaaS or tech industry;
• Proven capability to convert positioning into messaging and marketing campaigns tailored for specific audiences;
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing programs from conception to execution: shaping concepts, writing content, briefing creatives when necessary, and often delivering the work independently;
• Comfortable utilizing data to segment audiences, pinpoint customer pain points, and evaluate the return on your initiatives;
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform for segmentation, workflows, and performance monitoring;
• Strong aptitude for managing cross-functional programs and advancing multiple initiatives concurrently;
• Proficient in using AI — employing it to achieve more and improve quality while ensuring outputs are precise, impactful, and never generic.
