This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Achieve the objectives set by principals, focusing on key areas such as volume and sales fundamentals, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving targets at designated customers.
• Create a detailed Customer Business Plan that aligns with the priorities of the principals and fosters long-term success.
• Engage directly with all decision-makers at the customer to present and promote business plans, programs, and concepts aimed at improving business outcomes.
• Attain results with the lowest possible selling costs while optimizing company revenue through brokerage, commissions, bonuses, contest earnings, and additional incentives.
• Ensure a competitively superior in-store presence in assigned locations by coordinating with headquarters, supervisors, and other customer operations personnel.
• Oversee manufacturers’ trade marketing funds, manage direct shipments via the Sales Support Coordinator, and utilize data to effectively sell concepts to the customer.
• Operate within the allocated budget, ensuring an efficient utilization of resources.
• Keep open communication channels with key principals to guarantee alignment and cooperation.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• A minimum of six months of experience in retail (CPG), marketing, space management, or resets.
• Preferred: Experience in sales administration or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other web-based applications.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
