This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address inquiries of moderate complexity within customer service areas.
• Oversee simple to moderately intricate orders from clients.
• Act as a primary escalation point for standard and basic issues.
• Aid in the evaluation of customer service reports and fulfill special requests.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred in business or economics.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Sales Force.
• Strong investigative skills with a keen eye for detail.
