Customer Insights and Strategy Delivery Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze extensive datasets and perform tailored analyses to create CX insight narratives for clients.

• Create CX insights and client deliverables that highlight the value of Prism.

• Engage in discussions with Client Engagement Managers to present insights to clients.

• Assist clients in utilizing the Prism tool effectively.

• Aid in client training and adoption initiatives alongside Client Engagement Managers.

• Create training materials and provide training sessions as required.

• Collaborate with the Commercial team and Bain case teams by conducting analyses and preparing materials for Prism clients.

• Oversee data analysis for client deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, customer insights, data analytics teams, or roles involving substantial client interaction with data.

• Strong proficiency in data storytelling, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations based on data.

• Exceptional client service abilities; responsive, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

• Keen interest in customer experience, loyalty analytics, and strategic marketing.

• Proven capability to extract insights from intricate data.

• Proficiency in working with large datasets and conducting analyses in Excel, with a preference for Tableau experience.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work for clients.

• Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial setting and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated history of collaboration across teams and organizations.

• Preferred familiarity with large datasets and analysis using Alteryx and SQL.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
