This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver advanced analytical support across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support functions.
• Emphasize customer segmentation, forecasting, campaign performance evaluation, and providing actionable insights.
• Conduct intricate analyses related to customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and sales patterns.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to generate insights that enhance ROI and improve customer experience results.
• Provide informal mentorship to Analyst I team members.
• Minimal travel required, approximately 2-4 times per year, usually overnight.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with marketing or sales analytics.
• Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems.
• Active participation in an evangelical Christian church.
