
Customer Innovations Lead – Digital Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead and oversee the Customer Innovations (AMS) team for SAP Digital Supply Chain.
• Take ownership of operational excellence for AMS services, encompassing SLA performance, incident management, enhancements, and releases.
• Serve as the main escalation point for significant Digital Supply Chain clients.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote a proactive support approach, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation beyond basic support.
• Supervise and continually enhance support processes, governance, and delivery standards.
• Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and SAP teams to ensure a smooth transition from projects into AMS.
• Develop continuous improvement roadmaps that align with customer objectives and SAP innovation capabilities.
• Assist with renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives by pinpointing additional value opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AMS consultants, encouraging capability growth and knowledge sharing throughout the team.
• Contribute to the advancement of DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain AMS offerings, assets, and accelerators.
• Demonstrated experience in leading SAP AMS/support teams, preferably in a consulting or SAP partner context.
• Strong functional expertise across SAP Digital Supply Chain, including Planning (IBP, PP/DS), Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships with accountability for service quality, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Thorough understanding of S/4HANA Cloud and interconnected supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to balance business-as-usual support stability with innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of confidently engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned support models, governance, and SLA-driven delivery is highly valued.
• Commercial acumen, including experience in supporting renewals or identifying growth opportunities.
• SAP certifications or formal SAP training are highly regarded.
