This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure continuous support for live communication channels.
• Act as an escalation point, directing cases to the suitable team according to customer requirements and frustration levels, while adhering to our Rules of Engagement.
• Advocate for customer interests by prioritizing bugs and promoting feature requests.
• Offer a personalized approach and a clear path to our documented support options for customers who may be unfamiliar with or have previously struggled to utilize our standard support case submission process.
• Collaborate directly with Support Team leaders to grasp customer needs and concerns, facilitating an appropriate response strategy.
• You can effectively manage stressful situations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly to both customers and colleagues with professionalism and empathy.
• You are adept at handling multiple sources of input from customers seeking assistance.
• You have a knack for transforming frustrated customers into loyal supporters of Articulate by actively seeking ways to help and thinking creatively.
• You demonstrate creativity and the ability to negotiate and persuade customers to understand specific policies or product behaviors/designs.
• You are capable of identifying complex issues and determining the appropriate escalation route.
• You exhibit independence in managing daily case volumes, assignments, and other tasks as time permits.
• You can interpret and understand customer needs and challenges from limited information or in instances where English is not the user's primary language.
