Customer Expert – German, Dutch or French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat platforms.

• Address customer inquiries regarding products and services in a professional manner.

• Investigate customer issues and determine the root cause of concerns.

• Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up until resolution is achieved.

• Utilize internal tools and resources to research customer cases.

• Keep accurate customer records and update CRM systems as needed.

• Escalate complex issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Provide a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in either German, Dutch, or French.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable using computers and basic technological tools.

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Previous experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service.

• Experience in contact centers, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
