Customer Experience Technical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance for Hosting and associated services via tickets, chat, and phone.

• Conduct partial monitoring of infrastructure.

• Mentor HelpDesk agents (1st level support).

• Notify HelpDesk agents about widespread issues and keep them informed.

• Escalate tickets to the Infrastructure Team or other team.blue divisions.

• Report bugs and concerns to the Product & Technology (PnT) department or other team.blue units for resolution.

• Escalate and report infrastructure-related challenges to the Infrastructure Team or other team.blue divisions and relevant managers.

• Manage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

• Collaborate with CX Ops: KB & Training to create internal and public knowledge base articles.

• Relay customer feedback to management to enhance products, services, and customer satisfaction.

• Guide customers in developing their services.

• Assist the Migration Department with migrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system environments.

• Solid understanding of web and database servers, including Apache, MySQL, and MSSQL.

• Proficient knowledge of mail services such as Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and Sieve.

• Experience with DNS services, including BIND and PowerDNS.

• Proficiency in control panel solutions like Plesk, cPanel, and WHM.

• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Nagios and Prometheus is an advantage.

• Expertise in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.

• Good understanding of Node.js, Ruby on Rails, CDN, virtualization, etc.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Self-leadership abilities and a proactive approach.
