This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers located in Germany.
• You will develop tailored assortment plans and orders for our clients, ensuring that employees discover exactly what they desire.
• You will aid in the coordination of deliveries and installations, providing swift and practical solutions for our customers.
• You will assist our team with exciting initiatives such as launching new menus and products, effectively communicating these to our customers.
• You will support the commercial and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of the concept in Germany, taking on additional tasks as needed.
• You must be fluent in German and preferably also proficient in English.
• Ideally, you should possess prior experience in customer care.
• You should demonstrate a proactive, independent, and flexible work ethic, consistently finding solution-oriented approaches in challenging situations.
• Your ability to multitask and take ownership of your responsibilities is one of your key strengths.
• Your enthusiasm is infectious; you bring a positive energy to the team.
• A passion for good food and drink is essential, along with a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
