This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with individual customers to comprehend their requirements, assist them in account setup and personalization, and ensure they maximize their experience with Badger Maps.

• Manage incoming support calls, providing swift, clear, and effective solutions to a diverse array of customer inquiries.

• Mitigate churn by nurturing existing customer relationships through strategic relationship building, outreach, and follow-up.

• Foster customer value and loyalty by soliciting reviews, case studies, and referrals during onboarding, training, inbound support calls, and various Customer Success initiatives.

• Develop and uphold internal and external Customer Success materials, resources, and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders on projects aimed at boosting company revenue while advocating for customers, with the opportunity to create and lead impactful projects of your own.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including recent customer calling experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to swiftly learn and grasp a new software application, including all its nuances.

• Prior experience with CRM software (preferably Close.io) and Zendesk.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly comprehend the questions customers are trying to ask.

• A positive attitude, capable of adhering to guidelines (you will receive clear examples and instructions), and open to constructive feedback.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) company.
